Upon termination, your account balance (excluding bonus funds and ill-gotten winnings) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any outstanding liabilities.

10.3 Termination by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting fb138 customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately; accounts with remaining balance will be closed after successful withdrawal processing.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
